A little too small for all the customers at times but the Pho is good and so are the prices. The staff has always been very attentive and professional as well :)

Decent service but not very flavorful or authentic food. It’s a little expensive too.

Tried this place a few weeks ago and was not disappointed. Lots of healthy options and better veggies in the pho than most places. Service was friendly and fast. I have to be careful eating a lot of places due to allergies and sometimes get sick even if a restaurant claims to be “safe”. That wasn’t the case here, it was delicious and true to the claims of being allergy friendly. I highly recommend adding the mushrooms and extra jalapeños. Delicious!

Food is good enough, service not so much. I have celiac and have tried the rare steak pho a few times and it is good. Pork Noodle bowl comes with a lot of food and good flavor but way to light on sauce. Noodles were practically dry. The gf egg rolls are good, but so small, they are more like hors d'oeuvres than appetizers. And the price is incredibly expensive for the quantity of the tiny things. I will not be ordering them again. Chez Thuy egg rolls are also gluten free, 5 times the size, and you get 3 of them for twice the price. I would say their pho prices are good for quantity, but I can't because no one can tell me how much you get for the regular or large size. I asked two different staff members (one on phone and one in person) and both of them said 'the regular size is what most people would eat in a serving' (whatever that means) and the "large size is larger than the regular". Super helpful. When pressed further, the guy I asked in person said they use a "scoop" to measure and each size gets a certain number of scoops. But also said he couldnt tell me the exact measurement of the scoop because it was written in vietnamese. If you order take out and you get the "large", it comes in what he said was "about 32 oz" tub and that the regular is "a little less". It would seem that everything is just a guess. It would be nice to know how much I am getting for my money and it would have been even nicer if either staff member seemed even remotely interested in answering my question or finding out the answer. Ultimately, the "Large" take out container was not full. It was about an inch short of full. So not a big difference for an extra nigh $3. You get fewer noodles and some of my bean sprouts tasted moldy. I would definitely recommend dining in vs. Take out, so you have more quality control. Chey thuy customer service is probs equal to theirs, but at least they are honest about sizes and their pho tubs are huge savory saigon at farmers market has best pho and gf egg rolls and best prices. Too bad they're only available on Saturdays. Not sure on full ranking as there are lots of pho places in boulder, but this place is definitely not in top 3.
